- Successfully defended summary judgments on behalf of the United States Enrichment Corporation, a government corporation, in contract disputes arising out of uranium enrichment activities.
- Obtained reversal of unfavorable trial court decision in favor of construction
contractor and against U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

United States Postal Service, obtained affirmance of decision upholding termination of a construction contractor for default.

- Appointed by U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to brief amicus curiae in Privacy Act case, on behalf of pro se plaintiff.
- Prepared brief amicus curiae in precedent-setting case before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court establishing the right for jurors to ask questions and take notes during trial.
- Co-authored brief amicus
curiae in support of petition for certiorari and brief on the merits before the United States Supreme Court in precedent-setting patent
